Dumpling Day success!

Thank you so much for participating in our National Dumpling Day cookalong! We had a great turnout on Instagram, and we wanted to share the video again just in case you want to watch again and cook along with us.

We hosted St. Louis Chef Melanie Meyer, and she created the tteok from tteokbokki. We also made mandu from A Very Asian Guide to Korean Food, a kid’s book that is coming out this fall.

Also thank you to TAAF, The Asian American Foundation, for resharing our dumpling origin story. It’s great to see people still respond to that racist voicemail and to see people respond in powerful and uplifting ways. Thank you, TAAF!
